The Martians employ techno-organic ships for transportation. While on standby, it resembles a giant egg. Once a Martian initializes it with a mental command, the bio ship instantly morphs. The interior and exterior can be reconfigurated to accomodate the situation, such providing seats for extra passengers. Also like a Martian, the ship can also activate a camouflage mode and become invisible. The ship can seemingly integrate technology of any origin into its bio matrix but requires time and is unable to stay cloaked. Under extreme pressure, such as when traveling deep underwater, the Bio Ship shrinks in size. It is currently housed in the hangar of The Cave. Miss Martian refers to the Bio Ship as a "she." Usually Martians can drive it but once placed in manual mode, anyone can pilot the Bio Ship.

After 23:58 UTC, Kylstar had those who wished to return to Earth teleported back along with the Bio-Ship. They arrived in the Collector's ship. On Nighting's orders, Lagoon Boy opened fire on the Collector and destroyed the majority of the unit.

Once Lagoon Boy extracted Blue Beetle and boarded, the Bio-Ship left the area. On May 26th, the Bio-Ship was piloted by Delta Squad, Batgirl and Robin, during the Warworld mission. Bio-Ship laid down cover fire. At the end of the mission, it docked in a loading bay. On May 27th, Nightwing retrieved the Bio-Ship and returned to Earth after investigating. On May 30th, Miss Martian and Nightwing used the Bio-Ship to perform a stealth sweep for the Team.
