A trio of Treasury Agents from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing prevented the Teen Titans from melting down the world's unwanted pennies for their own profit. They were under arrest for defacing currency. Robin cited their plan was legal based on the fact that souvenir coin machines were also legal. She threw the Book at him and cited U.S. Code, Title 18, Chapter 17, Section 331 which allowed the defacement of any coin for the purpose of making souvenirs but not for the purpose of profiting off of raw materials. Robin insisted they didn't know it was illegal. She told them to tell it to the judge and readied the handcuffs. Robin ordered the Titans to run. One of the male agents fired a bazooka and ensnared Starfire, Beast Boy, and Cyborg in giant coin rolls. The other male agent threw throwing stars made of paper money. Raven was pinned to a tree. The female agent fired quarters at Robin. Starfire got an idea to make a wish to the Genie President with a penny. He granted her wish for all their current troubles to go away. The President's hat fired a beam of light and both the pennies and agents vanished.
