The Chief built a highly sophisticated android powered by his highly concentrated methane. He named it Fred and gave it Beast Boy's bedroom. Fred became Chief's favorite member of the Doom Patrol. Chief couldn't wait to tell Beast Boy about his latest crazy and unethical but totally extreme creation, but he and the other Teen Titans were more concerned with figuring out who stole Silkie's tuna can, their satellite, and assorted body parts. They eventually suspected Chief and searched his underground laboratory. They encountered Fred and ran away when it roared. They cried and pounded on the elevator doors until Chief appeared and asked what was going on. He denied being the thief and introduced Fred. Robin realized Fred was powered by farts, the wave of the future like he kept talking about. Beast Boy believed Chief built Fred because he missed him but Chief denied it. The culprit was a cat playing near the computer of a Teen Titans Go! animator. Everyone lost more body parts. Fred lost its legs and fell on its back.
