The T-Sub is the Teen Titans' submersible. They used it to descend hundreds of meters to the base of a rock outside the Titans Tower where four animals are rested on for about a year or 52 adventures each. Robin switched off the headlights and scanned the rock. He discovered barnacles. Since barnacles lived almost exlusively in shallow waters, he deduced they were either fake and most likely a hidden switch. He activated the rocket launcher array and blasted a hole into the base. Raven was still skeptical. Robin drove the T-Sub into the hole and ascended to a pool entrance in a large cave. After several hours of searching around, Robin stumbled on the Illuminati's secret base while the others waited on top of the sub. Beast Boy and Cyborg ate the waffles at Chrono Diner and declared they were the best waffles in the universe. They landed on Aquaman and Black Manta, amid a game of checkers, in the T-Sub and shot out advertisements.
