Raven accidentally found a secret passage in the Azarath Metrion Bookstore. Hank was horrified to find books with Trigon's face on them. Raven wanted to see it. Trigon came running into the dungeon and ordered her to put the book down. Raven teased and asked if it was a spellbook that could bring about the end of the world. Trigon snatched the book back and revealed it was his autobiography, Trigon: Dreams of a Conqueror. Nana was surprised he wrote a book. Trigon explained years ago, he tired of conquering countless worlds and took a stab at conquering the literary world but discovered that delving into his past was painful. Raven really wanted to read the book and opened it. Three ghosts from Trigon's past emerged and flew up to the bookstore. Trigon wanted to get them back in the book before they destroyed Azarath. The first ghost was a baby Trigon, the second was a teenage Trigon, and the third was college Trigon. Through some effort, all three were trapped back into the book. Trigon sneaked up on baby Trigon while he played with Cat. Teenage Trigon tripped on his own backwards into the book. Trigon pretended to embrace college Trigon for who he was but mashed him into a hacky sack and ate him.
