General Vreeland is a U.S. Army General and father of Gotham's Veronica Vreeland. He tends to be out of town constantly and spoils Veronica rotten. When she was kidnapped by Harley Quinn, General Vreeland arrived in Gotham demanding a police escalation. Commissioner Gordon refused. Vreeland had other ideas and commissioned a tank. He pursued Harley Quinn along with Boxy Bennett and Harvey Bullock. Eventually, he was reunited with Veronica.
