Real Identity: Isaac Bowin

Isaac Bowin, while imprisoned in India, learned lost Hindu arts from his cellmate. Together, the two were able to escape. Bowin double crossed and killed him and returned to America. Bowin decided to put his new skills to use as a super villain called the Fiddler. He creates specialized violins and fiddles that are capable of generating force fields, destroying solid objects or hypnosis.
