Toyman stole the antennae off the Gotham Radio Towers, the most powerful in the city, and planned to use it with his Mega Remote to take control of everytthing in Gotham City. Batman arrived but a combination of Toyman's Remote Control Marauders and Bam's using incomplete upgrades led to a goof. He hit a water tower and it spilled over on the roof. Toyman made the Marauders form a bridge and escaped across the roofs with the antenna. Batman continued after Toyman.
