Batman relocated to Star City for a few weeks to help Green Arrow stop a new crime wave. He asked Moe to load up the Batcomputer into the Bat Big Rig and transport to Arrow's headquarters. Moe took the Batwheels to the Waynor Manor garage and presented the big rig. It was specifically built for Bam to drive in order to move Batman's stuff to other cities when he helped fight crime there. It came with three gadgets: retractable wheel chains for slippery and steep terrain, a Bat Battering Ram, and several Batarang launchers in the front, side, and rear. Bam simply had to back up into the cab space and he could operate the rig from inside. Buff and Batwing tried to help him learn how to do wide turns, brake gently, and use the gadgets. Bam was frustrated at first but Batcomputer told him trying new things could be hard but conquered with practice. They soon set out for Star City but the Legion of Zoom blocked the only way there. Bam was intimidated by Ducky's giant umbrella, Snowy freezing the road, and the quick defeat of the others.
Bam remembered his training and turned back. He knocked Prank onto his own boulder and the others bound him it. He rammed past Quizz and Ducky. He used his wheel chains for the icy roads and made Snowy spin out. Bam unleashed several Batarangs that chopped the tops of several cacti and immobilized Jestah. Bam used the Bat Battering Ram to destroy the barrier the Zoomers erected. In due time, the rig arrived at Green Arrow's headquarters. Batman set up his mobile Batcave and got to work but quickly became annoyed with all of Green Arrow's questions about what each button did. Bam used the Bat Big Rig in a bid to stop Banebuggy from fueling up on growth gas at Ace Chemical Plant. They charged each other but Banebuggy had grown too large and Bam was knocked backwards. He broke the growth gas pipe in the process and Banebuggy became gigantic but Bibi reduced him to his original size.
